We are very proud of our over 19 years of legacy which started when Softa Associates (later FourGen® Software) was established as an accounting Software provider in 1983 by Gary Gagliardi, Rebecca Gagliardi, Loren West and later joined by Gordon Schaeffer.
Gillani had been a consulting partner with FourGen® and Endura since 1997 and had a very successful consulting practice mostly concentrated around the Fourgen, Endura and Irista Distribute product suite.
On January 25, 2002 we acquired from Irista/HK Systems the entire FourGen/Endura business including all FourGen® software intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, all existing customers/users and VAR/Partner licensing agreements, etc.
Gillani currently supports all existing FourGen® customers worldwide.
By March 2002, Gillani launched the FourGen®/Endura user community website.
By May 2002, Gillani released the iDistribute (Formerly FourGen® Accounting, FourGen® Enterprise and Endura Enterprise Software) V8.1 Archiving Purge module and plans to retro-fit it to older versions of the software.
