Inc. was founded to address the growing need of organizations of all
sizes to efficiently manage their financials and supply-chain so
customers could be acquired, retained, and be provided the best
service.
We are very proud of our over 19 years of legacy which
started when Softa Associates (later FourGenŽ Software) was established
as an accounting Software provider in 1983 by Gary Gagliardi, Rebecca
Gagliardi, Loren West and later joined by Gordon Schaeffer.
- Gillani had been a consulting partner with FourGenŽ and Endura since
1997 and had a very successful consulting practice mostly concentrated around the Fourgen, Endura and Irista Distribute product suite.
- On January 25, 2002 we acquired from Irista/HK Systems the entire FourGen/Endura business including all FourGenŽ software intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, all existing customers/users and VAR/Partner licensing agreements, etc.
- Gillani currently supports all existing FourGenŽ customers worldwide.
- By March 2002, Gillani launched the FourGenŽ/Endura user community website.
- By May 2002, Gillani released the iDistribute (Formerly FourGenŽ Accounting, FourGenŽ Enterprise and Endura Enterprise Software) V8.1 Archiving Purge module and plans to retro-fit it to older versions of the software.
