Services - iCare

Platinum Level assumes full or partial outsourcing of a given implementation’s routine application maintenance and database administration function.  Platinum Level costs and coverage under this agreement will be tailored to a client’s specific requirements and will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.  Platinum Level may include, but are not limited to:

  • Gillani Inc. Support Representatives are available 24 hours a day 7 days per week (24x7).

  • Database management, tuning and monitoring

  • Application monitoring

  • System back-up

  • Disaster Recovery Planning and Recovery

  • Updates to new releases (for unmodified base code)

  • Application of product fixes and patches
