The FourGen CASE Tools, originally developed in 1983 and bundled with Informix-4GL as I-4GL Forms, I-4GL Menu's until 1996, are the cornerstone of MBD™ (Modifiability by Design™) concept, thus enabling the FourGen Business Accounting suite to be Modifiable by Design - a concept FourGen introduced when these solutions were first developed two decades ago. The FourGen CASE Tools also provide a Rapid Application Development environment for business applications on Informix-4GL technology
